Where the EFFING BELL can I download the log and transfer plugin?
on Jun 21, 2012 at 4:22:29 pm

I have been clicking around the sony site for the last hour and cannot find a download link for this plugin. I keep getting directed to this page:

http://support.pro.sony.eu/software/detail.aspx?id=BPE-SS-03FA&model=PDZK-P...

Which as far as I can see has no link on it. Does anyone know if this is hosted somewhere other than Sony's labyrinthine website?

Thank you

Are you looking for the XDCam Plug-in? If so, here it is:

http://pro.sony.com/bbsc/ssr/micro-xdcam/resource.downloads.bbsccms-assets-micro-xdcamex-downloads-LogTransferUtilityAppleFCP.shtml

If not, be more specific as to which type of plug-in from Sony you are looking for.

Sorry,

Yes I'm looking for the XDCAM log & Transfer plugin. I should have made that clearer, I was just in a bit of a rage.

I've been to that page before and it seems I have to sign up to "ServicePlus" to download the file, and "ServicePlus" wants all sorts of info from me including the name of my business and the ZIP code. The problem is I'm not in America so I don't have a ZIP code. So I thought there must be some other way.

Anyway, I just signed up and filled in fake zip codes and phone numbers all the way. Thanks, I just thought there might have been a simpler way.
