Can I create a new Multiclip referencing the videotracks I have previously laid out on a timeline? FCP 6

Hello,

I'm working on FCP 6. I had a shoot with 4 cameras, each camera containing multiple clips. All the clips are synched through the timecode in a multiclip sequence and each video track represents a camera.

I would like to "live switch" between the angles in an edit, like you would when working with a multiclip. Unfortunately, I cannot simply create a multiclip from the existing footage, as it creates a layer for each clip on each camera, instead of one layer per cam.

I know I can export each camera as one clip and re-import them, but I'm trying to avoid this for time's sake. I have included a screenshot of my timeline as it is now. I'm hoping FCP has a feature than can help me achieve this. Thanks for your time!
