Final Cut/ Blu-Ray

I (still) have Final Cut 6.0.6. Upgrading to X soon. In the meantime, my client is have issues with my Quicktime movie exported out of FCP. I built the HD sequence in FCP as follows:

1920x1080 (HDTV1080i 16x9)
Pixel Aspect: Square
Field Dominance: Upper (odd)
Editing timebase: 30fps
Apple ProRes 422 HQ

I saved my quicktime using QUICKTIME CONVERSION as a ProRes 1920x1080, 30fps, upper fields...to send the client the quicktime file since they want to burn to Blu-Ray (I dont have a blu-ray burner) and they say that they keep having field issues...I think for blu-ray it should be UPPER FIELD -- right?
Any thoughts - suggestions? I would appreciate....
