Log and Capture not working because of "Dropped Frames"
on Nov 22, 2011 at 1:57:31 pm

I have tried capturing this same bit of footage 10 times today.

There is nothing wrong with the footage as far as I can see, but just before I finish capturing it, toward end of footage, it stops and sends message saying its because of "dropped frames"...

this would be fine if I could just stop, capture the next part and just glue it together, but when it stops it doesn't save it! (the part I had just spent time capturing) so I have to re do it, and then it does same thing again! what can I do?

What kind of device are you capturing from? It could be a slow hard disk, too. If you hard drive is getting full, try capturing to an external hard drive.

Brad Wright is software engineer, so it may be difficult to understand what he is saying. He is always happy to explain his greater detail.
