FCPX won't import video filmed at different frame rates....
on Nov 19, 2011 at 1:24:54 am

I recently filmed a video at 720/24pN. I changed the frame rate of one scene to capture at 48 fps so it could be in slow motion. When I go to import into FCPX it will import everything at 24pN but not the scene filmed at 48fps. Any suggestions?

I am using a Panasonic HPX 170 with a P2 card.

Yeah...I suggest posting in the FCX forum. THis is the forum for the older versions.

I'm not positive if you've found an answer to this question but I don't think it's an issue with FCPX but rather the card. If you go and switch your camera back to 48fps this should allow that media to be transferred to your system.
