 | Can't drag clips to create keyframes
on Nov 3, 2011 at 4:21:35 pm |
I've been using Final Cut for a long time and have never had this problem. When I want to drag a clip to create keyframes, it won't allow me to. Same goes for resizing. The clips don't have the bounding box. I can create new keyframes or resize only by entering mathematical values or using the sliders. Any ideas? I'm working in FC Studio 2 (FCP 6.0.6).

In the canvas window? Seriously? I only ask because it's a pretty simple question for someone that has been using FCP for a long time. Press W to toggle the wireframe modes in the canvas. There's also a pulldown menu in the canvas. HTH

Yep. I figured that out about 10 minutes after posting. Duh. All is well now.

And thanks for helping a guy who's gone temporarily stupid from working long hours. :/
