Since the Duck got purchased by Adobe and until the new incarnation is released, is there any place or way to get support?

LOL, I experienced that before.

My question relates to Avid->AE so this isn't the right place for it. I posted in the AE forum but got 0 replies over several days, hence my question if there's a better place or a dedicated Duck forum somewhere.

I am in need of Tech Support for Automatic Duck, would someone please contact me?

Exported AAF, Imported into Avid, Batch Import, Clips won't all relink and I'm wondering why. Has anyone encountered this other than me?

Please Help!!

Have you tried importing your clips via AMA then relinking as shown here?

This does not work on my sequence. I wish it did.

Followed steps exactly as in video, linked to folder which had my media managed clips, but media still offline.

It might be easy if all my media was actually in the same folder or on the same drive, but it's not.
So how does one achieve connection when in this circumstance?
