I recently shot some video with a camera that had been to Sony for repair. I did some testing and all was fine. At the shoot I started recording via firewire to my Roland F1 Field recorder audio was coming in goo and I had good levels. after a minute or so I noticed that the audio was set to 32k. I switched to 48k and continued on. all my levels still looked good for the duration of the shoot. When I just uploaded the files to my Mac to review the audio simply stopped where I had changed over. Anyone know if and how this may be salvaged?
PS I have since recorded with the exact same setup once I found this out and it recorded fine. could the switch during the recording be the problem?
