I'm going to start editing with footage from three different sources.
The first one has a Frame Size:1440x1080 Rate:30p
The second is Frame Size:1920x1080 Rate 30p
The third one are still images in CR2 format.

Can somebody recommend what sequence, capture and timeline presets I could use? If I use apple prores HQ 1440x1080 how would it affect the 1920x1080 material?

Thanks in advance

Use 1920 x 1080. It's the actual frame size of 1080i and 1080p HD.

1440 is an anamorphic version of uses non square pixels to fill a1920 frame to keep the dats rate down.

Use Compressor to convert the 1440 stuff and set it to square pixels.
