Media Start to Timeline Plugin?
on Aug 11, 2011 at 4:36:20 pm

Hello all!
Does anyone know of a Final Cut Pro Plugin that allows you to say
"Select All" > "Right Click" > "Align clip data 'Media Start' to Corresponding place in Timeline"?

So basically, a plugin that'll take your clips' starting timecode and throw it into the timeline right at that point in time.

Or maybe I'm over-complicating it, is there a button that does this?

Thanks!! :D

No such magical button or plugin. Going to have to do this the old fashioned way...manually.

xD oh, how workflow would be so smooth if this were real.

Times like this make me want to learn coding and make the plugin myself. Anyways, thanks for the info, Shane!

Of course there is.
Have a look at Spherico's SequenceLiner.
