Sony HVRS270u into final cut via hd/sd sdi cable

Our church recently upgraded from analog cameras to the Sony HVRS270u. We are using final cut pro 7 on a mac pro computer. We are also using pro presenter to send the video to our in-house video screens as well as sending the signal to ustream for a live web cast. We have been using the ilink port on the camera to send the video to the computer via firewire cables. The problem with this is that it does not allow us to use the memory recording unit on the camera. How can we get the signal to the computer via the hd/sd sdi port on the camera and still get the signal into fcp, pro presenter, and ustream. Also, is there a way to use fcp as a live switcher for our inhouse screens. The answers may be obvious but we are beginners so any help is greatly appreciated.

I think you should check out the Matrox MX02 LE. It has a full contingent of in/out connections including SDI, component, composite, s-video, HDMI, and analog audio via unbalanced RCA and balanced XLR.
