SoundTrack Pro -- Removing pops/clicks from DT454 captured audio
on May 23, 2011 at 5:28:44 pm

Hello,

Captured pretty decent audio using a JuicedLink DT454 attached to a 7D.

We set up the DT454 to throw a noise track into the right channel, which renders obsolete the camera's auto-gain audio function, creating a usable L channel track.

When I send the clips into Soundtrack Pro that have pops/clicks, I can't listen to the audio because the right track's noise dominates.

How do I mute L/R channels in an Audio File Project?

At this point, I think that I'm familiar with what to go i.e. Analyze tab> Clicks/Pops> Analyze> Fix All and/or manually lower the samples that are peaking, save.

Any help would be great - not too keen with Soundtrack.
