How to check duration of a certain part of a sequence?
on Feb 8, 2011 at 7:16:35 am

The method I use now is copying the part I want to know the exact duration of, create a new sequence, pasting it in there and then checking the sequence duration. This way however seems a little farfetched to me, I'm sure there's a faster way of checking the exact duration of a selected part of the sequence?

Thanks in advance.

Mark IN, mark OUT...look at the timecode window on the upper left of the Canvas..or the Viewer. That shows you DURATION.

Double face-palm! Have you read the manual?

I have a system, it has stuff in it, and stuff hooked to it. I have a camera, it can record stuff. I read the manuals, and know how to use this stuff and lots of other stuff too.
You should be suitably impressed...
