Replacing Audio in Final Cut Pro 7

I am making my year 12 final film for school and we shot it on a canon 7D with its internal mic and some external mics recorded separately. So far I have been able to sync the higher quality external audio to the clips, but it is in a separate sequence with every take because I used a clapper-board to help with syncing.

So now the problem I face is that I have the new synced files in full in one sequence, and the actual cut with the low quality audio in another sequence.

Is there an easier way to change this low quality audio to the high quality audio without manually matching it up again or exporting and reconnecting each file?

Regards

You might want to give Plural Eyes a look. It has a 30 day fully functional free trial.
