I'm using FCP Studio 3 and I'm not getting the Prores 442 option in the log & transfer preferences panel. I use to have it there.

Thanks.

Hmmm. Did you install the operating system or Quicktime after installing FCS3?

If so , it may have blown away you QT components folder and replaced it with the default setup.

[Fame Little] "I'm using FCP Studio 3 and I'm not getting the Prores 442 option in the log & transfer preferences panel."

What exactly are you trying to do?

It would certainly help if you happened to mention that you were trying to use Log & Transfer to import ________ video from _______ media shot with _________ camera. Most of us here are not great at reading minds.
