H.264 6.75Mbps Frame Size
on Feb 7, 2010 at 4:20:40 am

I am using compressor to export in H.264 6.75Mbps (90 min HD DVD) but it keeps exporting the file as 720x480 when I need it to be 640x480. The other day I was able to adjust the frame size but now it won't let me change it from 720x480 (box it grayed out). Can someone please tell me why that is and how to go about changing it to 640x480 in the 90min format? Its really driving me crazy becuase I can't remember how I did it the last time.

720 is a SD TV resolution with a .9 pixel aspect ration, 640 is for square computer playback.

Using the preset you have -

Change File Format: to H.264 for Apple Devices.
then you can change Aspect Ration to 4:3 640x480
