AVCHD log and capture
on Dec 15, 2009 at 3:15:43 pm

I'm shooting with a Panasonic AG-HMC40P in the AVCHD codec and am editing with a Mac Pro
into Final Cut 6. What is the work flow? What cable output from camera to computer am I using,
and what settings am I using in FCP? (Apple Pro Rezz? Color? 4:2:2 ?)
Is there any 3-party software that I should be using for the best possible form of input for
editing purposes.
Thanks,
Joe C.

Go for FCP 7! ONLY $299. Much lower if you do a search.

HQ is a waste of drive space with this media.
