Can people recommend a brand/model for the kind of drive case that provides:
3-4 drives in case
Hot swapable
SATA and FW880/400 conection.

Also,
Please recommend a good SATA PCI card for INtel Mac Pro.

Sonnet E4P is a spectacular eSATA card that can support almost external eSATA chassis - everything from single drives to port multiplier chassis.

I would also recommend the Sonnet, but have a look at the D400QR5 as it has integrated Raid5 serving fw400, 800, eSata, and USB. Even has a locking eSata port if you want to take a screw to it.
