MacPro late 2013 - I cannot get the 1920x1080 resolution of the external monitor anymore

Hi,
I’ve used for 6 months my MACPRO late 2013 with one display apple cinema display (dvi) and one video external monitor JVC 1080x1920 (dvi) for video editing with FCPX.
This setup worked perfectly with these connections :
display 1 : thunderbolt output through DVI adapter for apple hd cinema
video monitor : HDMI output through DVI adapter for JVC monitor

In order to be more comfortable with FCPX I got a second apple cinema display. Then the connections became :
display 1 : thunderbolt output through DVI adapter
video monitor : HDMI output through DVI adapter
display 2 : thunderbolt output through dual-link DVI Adapter (I read if more than two DVI displays are used a dual-link adapter is required for any additional dvi display).

With this new configuration I Iost the 1080x1920 resolution of the external monitor and then it wasn’t recognized by FCPX as AV output anymore.

Furthermore when I come back to the initial configuration - which was working before - I don’t manage to retrieve the 1920x1080 resolution for the external monitor anymore. Monitor preferences propose only 720p for this monitor.
I tried to restore pram and smc with no result.

Any idea ?
Thank you in advance for helping me.
Philippe
