Evenly Spaced Particles

Hi,

I have a light as an emitter using Particular and I want the particles to be evenly spaced along the path of the light. I have velocity, emitter size etc. set to 0 and it works fine, except the particles are slightly uneven along the path. This shouldn't be the case though if I set it to 25 or 50 per second when my comp is 25 fps should it? It should do one particle per frame, the movement of the light is even and linear so does anyone have an idea why this is?

Thanks
Oliver

I know it sounds crazy, but turn the particle per second to 24.976 from 25. That should fix the problem. Also this happens when you set the frame rate to 24, use 23.976...for 60 fps, use 59.976.

Best,

Mike Park
