How to get main particle to obscure auxiliary particle?
on Jan 19, 2011 at 9:24:57 pm

Surely there is an easy answer because the auxiliary section has a visibility section but I can't make sense of it. I made a flower shape that animates on. That is my particle. The auxiliary particle is my stem but the problem is the stem sort of pokes through the flower. I played around with the obscuration settings but it didn't seem to work. Anyone have a tip on obscuring auxiliary particles? Thanks!

Best way is to make a duplicate of your particular layer and use one for the main particles and one for the aux ones.
