I'm demoing Particular 2 to see if I can achieve a certain effect. I'm trying to simulate an oscillating water sprinkler. I have a directional spot light emitter set up and parented to a null for rotation. When the emitter is holding still, I have what I think are good looking velocity and gravity settings. However, when I rotate the emitter into the vertical, the stream of particles gets very segmented and unnatural(see below). The "position subframe" settings don't help at all. Is this just a limitation of the plugin, or is there a certain combo of settings that will do the trick?
