Horizon: how far should i place an object so that is in contact with the floor
on Jun 24, 2009 at 8:20:10 pm

Hi, im trying to do a composite with a 360 image, i get it inside Horizon and it works well with the camera, but i want to composite some fire in the floor so that when the camera moves, the fire stays touching the floor and not sliding...

what should i do to fix this?

I think you are not going to like this answer. Horizon reads a panoramic image. That is it is a spherical image plane. There is no "floor" to speak of. Unless you are talking about a very small point fire, I think you are going to be disappointed with your results. It is not really 3d, just a spherical map.

Best of luck
