Hi. Been reading the forums, and there's so much help here, so I am wondering if anybody can solve my Mystery of The empty Frames.
I am using particular to disintegrate a layer( with alpha) of a character that fades out and is replaced by flying particles going through turbulence etc.
I am using a layer emitter at about 100k particles/sec for a few seconds in order to build up the image.
Everything looks dandy, but when I render, some frames are devoid of particles. Maybe for about a 4 second stretch and a few more here and there. I know that these frames are rendering correctly EXCEPT for particular layer, because other than the absence of particles, the layer's alpha is intact just like all other frames.
Any ideas? note that I was originally using 200k/sec particles but I kept getting particle overflow errors and crashes. Thanks for any replies!
