I'm trying to combine some elements of TrapCode particular with expression. I would like to have a particle that is a rotating playing card that randomly changes the card face.

I made a composition of all the playing card faces and sequenced them to be one frame each. I figured I could use the effect card dance to use one back face of the card and randomly place the face from the other composition.

Then using trapcode have it random pick one of my frames from that compostion to make particles.

My issue is all the expressions I have tried divulged from here and Dan's motionscript don't appear to work. My faces don't stay on. I get a lot of black sides.

Any thoughts on how I can get this to work right?

Umm,this will blow things up. Too much time is needed to calculate particles.
Just tried to do a little test.

Please ignore, unless you have a suggestion.
