We've just purchased three copies each of Trapcode 3D Stroke, Form, Echospace, Perticular, Lux, Soundkeys.
Shine, Starglow, Form and 3D Stroke all install fine (their serial are in the form: TCXX-0000-0000-0000-0000), whilst the serial numbers for the others is rejected by the installer (these all have a user name and serial no in the form XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX).
These were purchased through Red Giant, and looking here I realise that the latter are old-style serials.
I haven't had a response from my queris elsewhere, can anyone shed some light on this?
you should contact Red Giant Software to obtain the keys for the software. If you in fact did purchase them through a legitamate source, Trapcode/Red Giant can provide those numbers for you.
If you bought them for $100 on ebay or somewhere else, you bought pirated software, and you really don't have a leg to stand on, other than maybe getting the pirate to either give you your money back or make good some other way.
If a deal looks too good to be true, it usually is...
