just a little puff of smoke

I've done it before, but forgot how. I need someone to be expelling a cloud of cigarette smoke. But the dratted particles are so JUMPY. I want them to kinda streak and flow. They bounce around now like jumping beans. Point me to a tutorial? Help?

You can change the precomp image to create the smoke shape you are looking for (using the masks). This is, basically, the awesome Trapcode preset that paved the way to Trapcode Form.
