Two Emitters
on Jan 8, 2007 at 2:48:08 pm

I've tried a couple of ways of doing this I just want to make sure I'm not missing anything. Is there a way to have two light emitters applied to one layer? If not is there a way to have them occupy the same space - not sit on top of each other like layers?

Actually I still have a problem. sorry about this. Is there a way to control the properties of two light emitters on a single layer indpendently?

Thanks

No. Particular only allows one instance per layer, so if you separate two emitters by modifying the string filter for the lights in the "Options" panel, a second instance of Particular would effectively overwrite the first. You have to use separate layers for each emitter.
