Rotating a camera entirely around a frozen particular system
on Apr 19, 2006 at 9:59:12 am

Basically I've frozen particals and have a camera on a circle motion path 360 degrees around the composition and it seems to chop from 180->181 degrees and also it has a "zoom in " distortion at the corners.

Is there any fixing this in after effects?

Thanks!

Not sure what you mean by a zoom-in distortion, is the lens too wide maybe? Adjust in camera settings.

The easiest way to make a 360 spin around a center point is to create a null, switch to 3D, parent camera to null. Set keyframes for Y rotation on the null.
