Just wondering if what i'm describing below is an AE bug or i missed something ...
So i've created a An EchoSpace Setup (Simple Cylinder in 3d) in one comp.
I duplicate that comp in the bin and then place both comps in another composition and collapse transformations for both of them so i have:
and move the solid around it'll only intersect the layer closest to it in the layer order ie. layer 2 and not layer 3.
if i swop layer 3 and 1 (so white solid is above) then i cant see either echospace layers (but am able to see a manually created 3dcylinder precomp regardless of layer number.)
umm ... would like to have both echospaces to be able to be intersect in 3d space. would this be something to do with echospace / ae / or just thought of now not have 2 separately made echospace comps??
(and doing all this cause i'd like to setup various "3d echospace shapes" and place them in various places in 3d and do one camera move over the whole lot!)
