I'm still learning 3d Stroke but most of it makes sense to me now, however, having watched the examples in the user gallary, i was curious. How much of the shape of the 3d stroke are the result of bending the mask inside 3d stroke and how much is the actual mask shape itself? Obviously, a lot of trial and error, and experimentation is in order, but i'm trying to find the best way to control the 3d stroke to and from where i want it....which is pretty tough for me so far.
So for example...the adidas clip....are the mask shapes just straight lines and they animate them by using bend and offset, etc? or is the mask shape similar to what we are seeing?
