Could anybody explain what this means?

It looks like it is an expression that when applied to a Position property links x pos to cam rotation so that position is offset left when rotating CCW and to the right when rotating CW. Y pos is fixed at 240 (middle of a 640*480 comp)

I'd guess this is from the Cloudflight example - right?

Yeah it is from the cloudflight example.

But what is this 320+10? I'm fairly new to AE so i don't know anything about expressions

320+10 is the value of the offset in this expression... A formula or value can be derived or determined many different ways depending on the expression you are creating, the parameter you intend to affect, etc. I suggest posing wider questions regarding expressions on the After Effects forum, as well as checking out tutorial resources here at the cow, and in the popular books out their (Chris & Trish Meyer's AfterEffects books for instance)
