How would you freeze the UV/Texture of an object and move the shape underneath it?

so when animating you would get the following effect:

You can animate the texture node.

Check Hypergraph to see which node affects the txt.

Yes, sorry I should be more specific. Basically what I am looking to do is similar to changing geometry with preserve uv's turned on. So if the camera looks at the front face of a cube and then the cube is rotated, the texture on the front face will be displaced by the cubes rotation, rather than rotating with it. I.e. the textures on the other sides will start to bleed in and overlap as well
