I'm currently working on a new project,
So simply in uv editor view I can't move pieces like the upper hand and the lower hand , even that i had a cut ( separate the texture) in the middle of the hand.
When i press "To shell" (on an upper hand UV vertex) it's selects all the texture coordinates of the hand, and not just of the upper hand .
Anyone can help me with this?
Another Q is how can i undo(deselect) a UV cut edge?
I don't think you have UV's selected in the marking menu. I've accidentally was dealing with vertices before wondering what the heck was going on —because with verts/edges/faces, To Shell will select the entire object. Also, go back to the select tool with 'Q' because you can change the component selection while in another tool and you can't select anything unless you have UV activated.
