how can i slow down my animation?

i just animated a logo and the camera too and in some areas of the animation the camera moves fast and jakes how can i make it slower and smoother? thanks

I have no idea what you mean with jakes, but to make it slower:

1) Open the Graph editor
2) With the move tool selected, select a keyframe (black dots), and drag it further along the timeline to your liking.
3) More frames = slower

Regarding smoother animation: make sure your framerate is at least 24/23.976 fps. Depending on the final platform, choose between 24 (film), 25 (PAL) or 30 (NTSC) fps.

Along with move you can also scale selected key-frames in the Graph Editor. Just be careful where your play-head sits.
It scales from that position.

I think it actually scales from where you click, doesn't it?
