Hello

Does anybody have a mel script for turning on/off visibility of selected objects?

What's wrong with Ctrl-h and Shift-h?

that was a problem in my question.

I want to hide them only in render. I mean Render Primary Visiblity

Ah, okay, that does make more sense. :)

Before we get into writing a script, are you aware that you can use the Attribute Spreadsheet to change this attribute on multiple objects simultaneously? Just select all the objects you want to effect, choose Windows > General Editors > Attribute Spreadsheet. Then go to the 'Render' tab and you should see Primary Visibility in there. Click on the column header to select the entire column, and type a 0 for off and a 1 for on.

Could that be a workable solution for you?
