i have a problem with Mental Ray.
If i render with maya software, so the result is alright. (Screenshot 1)
But when i try to render exactly the same scene with mental ray, i get a crazy result (Screenshot 2).
Seems, that mental ray is not able to interpret the mask. By the way, the alpha channel looks similar.
I already tried to render with "raytracing", but the problem still remains.
I dont know the reason. Maybe somebody is able to help me.
I use 3 pictures for the texture. One colorized picture in the color-channel. The second one is a greyscaled picture, which i use as a bumpmap and the third is a black-white picture, which i connected with transparency (to use the picture as a mask).
