batch bake UV sequence

I'm doing some photogram-type projections with a handheld shot that was tracked in synthEyes. My problem is, I'm hoping to distort the geometry *after* the texture has been applied (such that it looks normal, then an object or surface distorts.)

I have managed to project the camera onto a plane, and then render that out. What (I think) needs to happen now is that I need a baked UV sequence of that plane, based on the tracked camera - so that when the rendered image is applied 'normally' it looks seamless until the geometry distorts.

Looks like batch bake (mental ray) has no options to output a sequence.
My assumption is that a script can be written to do this.

I have experience copy/pasting scripts (provided I know where to plug them in) but writing them is not my area of expertise.

Any ideas? Another method anyone can suggest?
