I'm looking for a tutorial that can show me how the pros texture heads in the industry. Okay, well, at least an amateur tutorial. I don't care if it shows a technique for painting one by hand or by using photo bases like Valve does for their L4D and HL games. It can be a Max tutorial too, because I don't think it differs that much from Maya in its use of UVs. UVs are a main concern of mine too, because I need to know how to get a 3D model properly down into the 0-1 space and fitted properly to a photo.
