hi,

i want to texture a room walls from out side with briks jpg and a book shelf from inside the room, so can some one suggest me any tip or tutorial link to learn how to do this, when i tried to texture that same wall it replaces the earlier file and place the new jpg on top of that.?????

a same file is visible on both side i just want my texture be visible at one side not on both sides of a polycube.

You can apply texture to faces as well as whole objects. Just go to component mode, select the faces you want to apply the texture to, and apply as you normally would.

You could also try creating a duplicate cube and scale it down slightly from the outer shell and assign various textures to the inside faces. Hope that helps. STU

I know alot....but not as much as the other guy.
