corrupted file in maya

Hi all,

I'm in crisis right now. I'd been working for over two weeks in an important maya project and I have to do a presentation in one week. So today the power in the building suddenly went off and it shut off my computer while I was working with maya. I had saved it beforehand the blackout and when the power came back I tried reopening the file and it gave me the following error:

"Errors have ocurred while reading this scene that may result in data loss. Please check the Script Editor for details."

In the output window the error says: (5) bad block

The file opens but only display 2 objects of the scene and there were a lot more.

You can download my file from the following link:

I'm using maya 2009.I would really appreciate if anyone can fix my file or help me fix it. It is really important to me because my research project depends on it. Thank you.

I looked into this... I'm very sorry, but it is impossible to fix. Most of the binary file is zeros. Maya started writing the file, made it the right size (all those zeros) then stopped when it was not even halfway writing real data to the file. There's really just nothing there.
