Please tell me whenever we model a face or a body where we can add triangles and pentagons.
which way is the best for face and body modeling? shud i start with a sphere or box or plane?
wht are the main technical things a modeler shud keep in mind while modeling a face and human body?

I recommend you read this primer by Glen Southern, http://www.southerngfx.co.uk/general/tutorials/enter3d/introduction.php he's an awesome modeler, also there's a bunch of info on the http://www.subdivisionmodeling.com forums, check that out, for a sample see this awesome post about topology http://www.subdivisionmodeling.com/forums/showthread.php?t=8911

there's also a bunch of books, modeling the face is one of the hardest things to do, cause we are so used to see the face, so, have patience and model a looooot, you'll get there :D
