Digital Tutors – Rigging Cartoon Vehicles in Maya - Chapter 53

I haven't understood what command use the author to convert the first position value numbers to the second position values.
He do this operation in a few seconds.
I am italian, thus I cannot understand what he says!

It seems that the author (in the second screenshot), restore these values to the default coordinate system (TranslateX= -0.026,TranslateY= 0,TranslateZ= 10.549).
This because the rigging arrow for the steering of the wheels, in the first screenshot is not positioned to the world coordinate system (the arrow is not really at X=0,Y=0,Z=0

position).
But after restoring the Translate values, the arrow return at the right World Position Coordinate values (TranslateX= -0.026,TranslateY= 0,TranslateZ= 10.549).

1) How can I do to make this action? How the author did to do this?
2) What is the keyboard shortcut (that seems the author to be using in the tutorial)?

See the first screenshot:

And see this second screenshot after a few seconds:

Please help me!
Horsepower.

It appears that, after the operation, the green Arrow Rig inherits the parent Position Values of the Main violet Circle at wich is parented.
- But how to do this?
