I have particles instanced and 2 of the instances has animation from frame 1-35.Bend deformer animated on a mesh. Is there a way to have the particles inherit the animation at birth.(i.e. if a particle is spawned at frame 50 and the instance is one of the 2 that has animation, the particle will have animation start at frame 50.)

Unfortunately not. Please log a sug with autodesk and ask them to fix this. I've done that of course, but not enough people have to make it a priority. It's been bugging me for as long as I can remember (and that goes back to Maya 1.0).
The way to work around the limitation is to bake the animation to a copy of the object per frame by duplicating it, then use that sequence in the instancer.

searching the web for hours with no luck. Yes it really
sucks that something that should be so simple to do is not possible.
I ended up manually animating my objects.
