Did I miss something? Why do u have to render out a separate matte pass in Maya 2009? So we can render reflections now but no alpha? Not even with the diffuse pass?! That's crazy! Does anyone know what was Autodesk's reasoning behind this? Are they just trying to shove Toxic down every bodies' throat? I don't even know how to composite a separate matte in AECS3? Anyway this is extremely frustrating to say the least!
