Importing Keyed Image Sequences.

Hi there!! I'm trying to bring in greenscreen keyed out image sequence into maya, but am not sure how this is done. The images were rendered RGB+Alpha mode in AFX. I imported one image and it looked fine, but when I rendered the image was surrounded by the black background that was supposed to be invisible. Any tips on how to do this right??

thanks

hi

connect the same image sequence in the transparency channel, if that looks weird create a separate matte sequence, a simple black and white is fine, I like this approach cause you can use that mask in the reflection and specular channel if you need that

I realized that the file name appeared to be 'causing trouble. I loaded with Fcheck resaved then reloaded.

thanks!

I noticed the imported image sequence I had on a plane acting pretty weird during renders however. When rendering its position appeared to be behind a bunch of paint effects I had put on a plane even though it was actually positioned in front of them.
