Hi, still fairly new to maya. 2 problems. I'm working on a polygon model of a medication injector pen. The logo appears near the middle of the pen but everytime I load the logo file onto a blinn and apply the texture, it tiles throughout the whole thing. How do I keep that from happening?
I have unchecked the Wrap U and Wrap V boxes in the 2D Texture Placement Attributes and that seems to untile it, but it leads to my second question. When it's untiled, the rest of the pen body turns gray again. I need the whole pen to be white and the purple logo to be on top.
I've tried cylindrical projecting but I can't get rid of the tiling of the logo with that method.
