nCloth frustration

Hey all,
Ok, I've done this before, and I thought I was using nCloth, but maybe I was using the old cloth modifier. Who knows.
What I need to know (because nothing I do seems to be working) is how I can attach selected vertices of an nCloth mesh to an "anchor" point NURBS surface.
I'm selecting the vertices, then selecting the mesh (I've tried this vice verse as well) and then choosing nConstraint > Point To Surface > Options. Then I hit Create Constraint (with or without the sets... isn't making a difference), but I always get the same warning:
"Point to Object constraint requires cloth vertices and a target surface mesh be selected".... Ok.... Did that... What's the problem?
Help anyone?

Thanks

Ha! Got it! Or at least, I came up with a solution. If someone has something more elegant, I'd still really like to know. What I ended up doing was using nConstraint > Transform (after selecting the vertices and mesh) and then you just group the resulting constraint with you mesh and viola! It works great.
