newbie mesh problem
on Apr 5, 2008 at 1:37:59 pm

Hi folk. Ive got a wee problem with a mesh. Ive been following the tutorial to make the helmet (the one thats in the online manual,)and all has gone well so far. Ive constructed the 2 seperate meshes and combined them to produce a single mesh. However when I attempt to bridge them the mesh goes mad. The new bridged section is twisted so that the top of one is connected to the bottom of the other. Im assuming its because one half of the combined mesh is inside out. How do I find out which half it is and how do I correct it so they bridge correctly?

Problem sorted - I found I had some reversed normals.
