hi
you can try and make a object matte pass with another render layer, or make a CUSTOM pass where you render something you can key in after effects or any other app, I'll go for the object matte pass.

I had the same problem just a few weeks ago, and got the answer from Alvaro Castaneda, here's the solution:

Go to render settings, in the MR setting find the custom entities tab, expanded and check the PASS CUSTOM ALPHA CHANNEL check box, render again and you are done man.
